Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Johannesburg to support our operational needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as managing schedules, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Provide customer service to clients via email and phone.
  • Compile reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Assist with maintaining the company website.
  • Support marketing campaigns as required.
  • Track expenses and assist in budget management.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors.
  • Conduct surveys and data collection for feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in Office Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance
