Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care across various healthcare settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will engage in patient assessments, administer medications, and support patients in their recovery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute nursing care plans according to patient needs.
  • Perform triage and prioritize patient care in fast-paced environments.
  • Conduct health education workshops and community outreach.
  • Advocate for patient needs and rights in all interactions.
  • Oversee the nursing staff and ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Manage patient care budgets effectively.
  • Maintain infection control measures to safeguard patient health.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills.
  • Participate in research and clinical studies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop healthcare policies that promote best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience.
