Job Description

As a Control Room Operator, you will monitor and control the security and safety systems of our facilities, ensuring a secure environment for all stakeholders. You will respond to alarms, coordinate with emergency services when required, and maintain accurate logs of incidents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all security systems and respond to alarms promptly.
• Document and report security incidents and equipment issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to convey security information.
• Participate in training and drills to enhance response readiness.
• Analyze security data to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Further education in Security Management is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in a control room environment is highly advantageous.

Languages
