Job Description

As a Tub Rider at Surf Adventure Co., you'll ride inflatable tubes in the waves while promoting our brand. Your role includes performing stunts, engaging with the public, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. We're looking for someone with strong swimming skills and an outgoing personality to represent our brand on the water.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in promotional events on inflatable tubes.
• Develop engaging interactions with the public.
• Ensure the upkeep and safety of all gear and equipment.
• Provide insights on marketing effectiveness to the team.
• Travel to unique beach destinations for promotional opportunities.
• Work with others to foster a positive team environment.
• Conduct safety checks prior to events.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns.
• Promote the brand on social media platforms.
• Encourage customers to share their experiences online.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Background in marketing or promotional roles is a plus

Technical Skills

• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Teamwork skills

Certifications

• Lifeguard certification (preferred)
• Marketing qualification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
