Job Description

In this role, the Learning and Development Specialist will oversee the creation and administration of training initiatives that support employee growth and business objectives. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure that learning practices align with organizational goals, fostering a highly skilled workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a comprehensive learning calendar.
  • Evaluate the use of external training resources and partnerships.
  • Foster an environment that encourages open feedback and development discussions.
  • Support the onboarding process with tailored training for new hires.
  • Utilize technology to enhance training delivery and tracking.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Relevant training certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
