Job Description

As an Education Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure student success across all educational levels. We seek a dedicated leader who can manage student affairs, oversee recruitment, and support academic counselling.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance student experience and success rates.
• Conduct regular meetings with the student affairs team to ensure alignment.
• Evaluate and improve onboarding processes for new students.
• Provide guidance and support to student organisations and clubs.
• Establish partnerships with local communities for outreach programs.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Utilize data analytics to drive improvements in student engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in education and student affairs.
• Report to senior leadership on student engagement metrics and initiatives.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from students and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership (preferred)

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role
