We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to manage and oversee real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property management, sales negotiations, and client relations.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions including marketing, negotiating, and closing deals.
Provide expert advice on property investments and market conditions.
Prepare and review lease and sale agreements, ensuring all terms are compliant and clear.
Conduct open houses and property viewings to showcase listings.
Utilize social media and online platforms to promote properties and reach potential buyers.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers and other professionals to assist clients in the purchasing process.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
Stay informed on industry trends and updates that may affect clients.
Train and mentor new agents within the company.
Assist clients in obtaining financing and navigating the purchase process.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
Advanced degree in Real Estate or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record
