We are on the hunt for an experienced Construction Manager to lead projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in construction practices and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities with various contractors and teams.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets quality assurance standards.

Requirements

Education

• BTech or equivalent in Construction Management or Building Science
• MBA or equivalent will be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Construction Safety Certification (CSC)
