Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and improve our processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards for software delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to testing processes and results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Communicate findings and suggestions to the development team.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Additional QA certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing

• Regression Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• Agile Tester Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking: Proficient in using JIRA for tracking bugs and managing testing processes.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools: Knowledgeable in CI tools like Jenkins or Travis CI for automated testing.
