Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation for approvals.
  • Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Utilize CAD software to produce design models and plans.
  • Ensure that all civil engineering work is compliant with applicable laws.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates.

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with project management software: Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of BIM technology: Understanding of Building Information Modeling for collaborative projects.
