Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Administrator to oversee operations in our Durban facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing healthcare services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in improving the quality of healthcare services provided.
  • Act as a point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Supervise administrative staff and manage workflow.
  • Prepare reports for management on facility performance.
  • Interact with regulatory bodies regarding compliance issues.
  • Enhance patient engagement through effective communication strategies.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or hospital administration
