• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

• Customer Service Excellence Dedicated to providing outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
• Leadership Adept at leading teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Crisis Management Skilled in effectively managing conflicts and guest issues.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
