Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to oversee our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations and leading staff. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel management and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hotel's operational strategy and guest service excellence.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to provide top-tier customer service.
  • Analyze financial data and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors for procurement.
  • Facilitate effective communication among staff and management.
  • Enhance the guest experience through staff engagement and creative programming.
  • Promote sustainability practices within hotel operations.
  • Review and enforce standard operating procedures for all departments.
  • Develop guest loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits.
  • Manage hotel inventory and implement efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role
