We are on the lookout for a passionate Web Developer to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for building web applications from the ground up, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for performance. You'll collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless web experiences, implementing best practices and new technologies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable and responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Ensure code quality through best practices and design patterns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile methodologies.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications or courses in web development are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in web development roles

Technical Skills

• PHP
• MySQL

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Git and version control systems: Proficiency in using Git for source code management.
