Responsibilities
Assist users with software applications and hardware devices.
Implement and support antivirus and security software.
Conduct inventory of IT assets and maintain inventory records.
Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Conduct system diagnostics and implement repairs as needed.
Assist in the development of IT training programs for staff.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in IT Support or related field
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert is a plus
