Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in crafting extraordinary events. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from logistics and vendor management to client communication and on-site coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute memorable corporate events, weddings, and parties.
  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and cater to their requirements.
  • Prepare event proposals and presentations.
  • Manage event logistics and coordinate staff as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure all event arrangements comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or Event Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in event planning with experience in corporate events
