Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Centurion office. The ideal candidate will focus on improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring quality across operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective engineering solutions that meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve operational issues.
• Engage with suppliers to improve material sourcing.
• Regularly review performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Support product development teams with engineering insight.
• Document processes and create standard operating procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to processes.
• Develop strategies for waste reduction.
• Monitor technological advancements for potential integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
