Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advisory services, handling mergers and acquisitions, and assisting clients with capital raising. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and an understanding of market trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to support investment strategies.
• Prepare investment memorandums and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in active deal sourcing and client outreach to generate new business.
• Advocate for clients' interests during negotiations and discussions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting the financial sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• MBA or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related financial role
