Join our well-established pharmacy in Cape Town as a Pharmacist. You will play a key role in dispensing medications and advising patients on proper medication usage. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring patient safety and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation services to patients regarding their medications.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues related to medications.
• Track and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
