We are on the lookout for dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our construction team. This role primarily involves the setup and management of cleats on various surfaces including roofs, walls, and floors, ensuring the safety and structural integrity of our projects. Successful candidates will work closely with other construction professionals, bringing our innovative plans to life.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and cleat installation specifications.
• Use appropriate measuring tools and techniques to ensure precision.
• Work effectively as part of a construction team to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with the training of new team members on cleat installation techniques.
• Evaluate the condition of tools and equipment regularly, reporting needs for repairs.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Promote a culture of safety and responsibility among team members.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines.

Requirements

Experience

• Certification in Construction or related field is advantageous.
