Seeking an enthusiastic Pet Groomer to provide top-notch grooming services in our Cape Town studio. You will groom a variety of pets, ensuring they look and feel their best. Candidates should be friendly, experienced, and ready to work in a lively team environment dedicated to pet care.

Responsibilities

• Groom dogs and cats, focusing on breed-specific styles.
• Ensure all grooming procedures comply with health and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and pets.
• Train junior grooming staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and customer feedback.
• Keep inventory of grooming supplies and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with pet owners to establish grooming preferences and schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a grooming academy is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in professional grooming

Technical Skills

• Pet Styling
• Skin and Coat Care

Certifications

• Certified Master Groomer
• Canine First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
