We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Pretoria. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and assisting with patient assessments. Responsibilities

• Lead patient care meetings to discuss care strategies.
• Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.
• Conduct training for nursing assistants and interns.
• Perform emergency response duties when needed.
• Assist in case management and discharge planning.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Participate in community health events and outreach programs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage patient intake and flow within the department.
• Address and resolve patient complaints and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor's in Nursing is highly desirable

Experience

• At least 3 years experience in a hospital or clinical setting

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
