Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment of study participants and ensure patient retention.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Conduct data verification and ensure data integrity throughout the study.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary to address non-compliance.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for clinical trials.
• Maintain study tracking systems and databases.
• Support the submission of final study reports.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• PhD in Clinical Research is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, including trial management

Technical Skills

• Regulatory Compliance

Certifications

• Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
