This role involves the oversight of study logistics, data collection, and analysis, with a strong focus on enhancing patient recruitment and retention strategies. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities from initiation through completion.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with principal investigators to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Monitor patient progress and safety throughout the clinical trial.
• Assist in the development of study materials and protocols.
• Manage the collection and analysis of clinical data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with sponsors and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
• Provide training and support to site staff involved in clinical studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• PhD in Clinical Research is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, including trial management

Certifications

• Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
