Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will manage financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and assist with tax preparations. You will work closely with clients, providing outstanding service while maintaining confidentiality and the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all bookkeeping activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare monthly management reports for review.
  • Assist clients with financial planning and budgeting.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients about financial issues.
  • Support the financial manager in monthly closings.
  • Review and verify expense reports for accuracy.
  • Track and manage payments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements for bookkeeping and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Certification in Bookkeeping is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or relevant financial roles
