Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for all IT incidents.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Prepare reports on IT service performance.
• Document technical procedures and processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs.
• Assist in developing user guides for applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications in IT Support are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• VPNs and Firewalls
• Remote Desktop Support

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Linux systems: Ability to manage and troubleshoot Linux servers.
• Experience with scripting languages: Familiarity with scripting for automation tasks.
