Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Strategize team schedules and manage payroll efficiently.
  • Perform regular audits of store inventory and sales metrics.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Diploma in Retail Management is an advantage
  • Leadership Proven leadership skills in managing retail teams.
  • Sales Strategy Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Skilled in resolving customer and operational issues.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)

  • Familiarity with loss prevention techniques: Knowledge of strategies to minimize loss and theft in retail environments.
