Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Hospitality Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations in our bustling Cape Town establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while managing various hotel functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational team to deliver exceptional service to all guests.
  • Act as the point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Support the General Manager in daily administrative tasks.
  • Evaluate staff performance and implement training programs as needed.
  • Review and adjust workflows to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Develop new initiatives to promote guest loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions and events to assist guests.
  • Collaborate with marketing on initiatives to enhance hotel visibility.
  • Ensure all hotel operations comply with regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
