Responsibilities

  • Oversee the booking of travel accommodations and transport.
  • Create detailed travel plans for clients and communicate effectively.
  • Respond to emergency travel issues and offer solutions.
  • Assist in the development of travel programs and offerings.
  • Carry out research on travel trends and packages.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Travel and Tourism or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
