Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through strategic planning and execution of promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail or Marketing
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Retail Manager (CRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
