• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail Management experience preferred
• Sales Strategy Development Skilled in creating effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Inventory Management Expert in managing inventory levels and stock rotations.
• Leadership Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide a team.
• Customer Service Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
• Retail Management Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in managing multiple store locations: Proven ability to oversee multiple retail outlets efficiently.
• Training and development skills: Experience in overseeing training programs for store staff.
