Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and driving sales through various digital channels. You will analyze market trends, optimize product listings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Optimize online content and product images for higher engagement.
  • Engage in A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with IT to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Contribute to the planning of product launches and marketing events.
  • Implement customer feedback loops to enhance product offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain for replenishment.
  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns targeting existing and new customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing
Experience
  • 3+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
