Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of program activities.

• Support the recruitment and training of volunteers.
• Manage program communications and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate partnerships with donors and sponsors.
• Enhance community relationships through networking and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work or Public Policy preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in non-profit program management
