Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health needs and identify appropriate medications.
  • Consult with patients about drug interactions and contraindications.
  • Prepare and review medication orders for accuracy.
  • Assist in training pharmacy staff and interns.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to improve pharmacy operations.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to optimize medication therapy.
  • Provide support for chronic disease management and patient education.
  • Engage in professional development and continuous education.
  • Maintain an organized and clean pharmacy environment.
  • Contribute to budget planning and financial management of the pharmacy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist
