Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing therapeutic interventions and assessments for clients facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise in evidence-based practices will enable you to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in psychology.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation.
  • Support clients in crisis situations using effective intervention techniques.
  • Promote mental health awareness in the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology
  • PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical settings focusing on therapy
