• Conduct time studies and establish performance metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing
