Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Manager in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction contracts and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to the management.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor site safety and address any hazards immediately.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new project staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management
