Job Description

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise construction activities in Johannesburg. This involves liaising with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of construction from planning and design to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and compliance.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
