Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of the production lines and systems.
• Design and implement new engineering solutions to improve manufacturing capability.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve operational issues.
• Lead training sessions for team members on Lean methodologies.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure operational efficiency.
• Research and apply innovative engineering techniques to enhance production.
• Maintain documentation related to process improvements and engineering changes.
• Participate in planning sessions to forecast production needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other departments.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Quality Management Systems
• SAP Software Experience

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain processes and their impact on operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems: Experience using ERP systems for project management and resource allocation.
