Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control during all phases of development.
• Document engineering processes and decisions clearly.
• Lead projects from conception through to implementation.
• Assist in research and development of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide expert insight to support strategic planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• English: Fluent
