Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation frameworks.
• Perform load and performance testing to ensure scalability.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Document and report test progress and results to management.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior QA team members.
• Develop best practices for QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or testing are an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Automation
• SQL Querying

• Critical Thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices.
