Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for software releases, ensuring all critical bugs are resolved.
• Create and manage test environments for effective testing.
• Analyze testing patterns and results to improve testing practices.
• Actively participate in scrum meetings to discuss testing progress.
• Provide guidance for junior QA analysts as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA, especially in a software development environment

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Selenium and Appium: Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of security testing: Experience in security testing of applications.
