Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Research Scientist to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting innovative research, analyzing data, and contributing to scientific advancements in the medical field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and monitor clinical trials to evaluate medical treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies.
  • Analyze research findings and prepare reports for publication.
  • Mentor and train junior researchers and interns in testing processes and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Present findings at conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Life Sciences or related field
  • Postdoctoral research experience is a plus
