Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize our clients' online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for content marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Conduct A/B testing for campaign emails and landing pages.
• Develop and manage marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies and objectives.
• Train and mentor junior marketing staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles
