Structural Engineer

Job Description

As a Structural Engineer, your contributions will play a critical part in our construction initiatives. You will tackle complex engineering problems, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with project teams from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs that adhere to project specifications.
• Interact with clients for project updates and requirements.
• Ensure project compliance with current national codes and industry best practices.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Assist in the preparation of bid forms, and contract documents.
• Conduct research on materials and methods to improve existing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SAP2000
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Communication
• Project management

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
