Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group support sessions for students.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress towards their support goals.
• Educate staff on best practices for supporting students with mental health needs.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for students to express their feelings.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary.
• Engage with parents to involve them in their child's support process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or related field
• Qualified Teacher status or registered as a Counsellor

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing emotional and psychological support to students
