Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with strong therapeutic skills to be part of our Johannesburg practice. You will conduct psychological evaluations and provide treatment to individuals dealing with mental health challenges, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
• Develop and adapt therapeutic materials for diverse client populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
• Provide supervision and training for interns or less experienced staff.

Advantageous

• Experience in child and adolescent psychology: Background in working with children and teenagers in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with mindfulness-based therapies: Knowledge of mindfulness practices in therapeutic contexts.
