We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Durban. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of healthcare services while adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining a focus on quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative functions and ensure operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance patient care.
• Enforce HIPAA regulations and other compliance measures.
• Supervise and evaluate administrative staff performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new healthcare programs.
• Analyze patient feedback to improve services.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for both staff and patients.
• Manage patient intake and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team for budget management.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
