Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gravity flow irrigation systems on a daily basis.
• Ensure efficient water distribution and monitor system performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and repairs on irrigation systems.
• Adjust irrigation schedules based on weather forecasts.
• Work with management to plan irrigation schedules that cater to crop needs.
• Keep detailed logs of water usage and system maintenance.
• Train junior staff in safe and effective irrigation practices.
