As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will lead various aspects of clinical trials, coordinating participant activities, ensuring compliance, and managing data acquisition. This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to life-saving research and work with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials.
• Recruit and manage relationships with study participants.
• Maintain compliance with ethical regulations and data integrity.
• Review and ensure quality of collected data.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain documentation.
• Work closely with CROs and investigators to meet study objectives.
• Organize study meetings and ensure comprehensive training for team members.
• Monitor the budget for the clinical trials and track expenditures.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to protocols.
• Support the dissemination of clinical findings through reports and publications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials
