We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, be detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage warehouse staff effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient product flow and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel, fostering a positive team environment.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and stock control.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to enhance delivery schedules and efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control related to warehouse operations.

• Prepare reports for management on warehouse performance metrics.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and effectively by all staff.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations

• Logistics Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

• English: Fluent
