Job Description

As an Architect (Design) with Creative Spaces Ltd., you will leverage your architectural knowledge to develop innovative solutions for a variety of projects. This position will require collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to streamline design processes while focusing on sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs that reflect the client’s vision.
• Manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Prepare presentations and models to convey design ideas effectively.
• Adapt and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all architectural outputs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction phases.
• Assist in budget management and project scheduling.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Certifications

• Registered Architect in South Africa
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable design practices: Knowledge of green architecture and sustainable building materials.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations: Understanding of regional architectural guidelines and compliance.
