We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security protocols, risk management, and data protection strategies. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be tasked with monitoring and defending our information systems against cyber-attacks, ensuring compliance with security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new security solutions to address company needs.
• Perform routine security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain documentation and reports of security activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for security-related inquiries.
• Assist in compliance audits and regulatory requirements.
• Work with external vendors to address security issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
